Get a better understanding of professional organizations (outside academic world) and their cultures

It is NOT a training on how to write curriculum vitae or motivation letters, but a process to help you build your professional scenarios on you experience, skills, motivations. It will help you enhance the professional network that will – when time has come – support your project.
PROGRAM, TRAINING CONTENT

Your experience, understanding and maybe fantasies about professional worlds, and broaden what you think a PhD’s position is or may be Imagine which original path could be yours, which kind of organization and team could better match your skills and tastes.
To do that, you will be asked to revisit your professional identities, as a researcher among others, your own resources (material, social, and maybe psychologic ones), and build an action plan based on your convictions and questions.
